ABOUT US
Hello! I am Eva, an educator from Lithuania teaching people from all around the World in Oulu and online since 2014. Music has always been a big part of my life as I’ve been singing even before I’ve started talking and I’ve been playing music since I got my very first instrument. I have got experience in both: formal and non-formal music education, as I’ve been studying music at governmental and private schools.
As a music and arts teacher, I prefer more freedom and creativity in education rather than strict rules. Therefore, I use various teaching methods in order to motivate and encourage my students to express themselves through the music and to fall in love with music. In my opinion it is very important to enjoy the learning process, so I am trying my best to bring that joy into my students and listeners hearts.

I have been active in organizing music lessons and performances in Oulu from 2014. I am the first in Oulu to organize Music Playschools, Body Percussion Sessions and Music Courses in English. Therefore, I have 10 years experience in teaching music to various age groups and abilities.

In 2022 I have started running new educational projects, related with adult's education and families' well-being. In I have started organizing various musical events at Libraries and Daycare in Oulu. Everyone is warmly welcome to learn with me or from me, despite their cultural background and race in English, Finnish or Lithuanian.
Hi! I’m Laura, a music education student and music enthusiast from Oulu. My journey in music began with singing in choirs and playing the oboe at a formal music school. I played the oboe for five years until I discovered a growing interest in rhythm music. This shift motivated me to start learning various band instruments on my own and eventually led me to attend the Palmgren-Conservatory, where I earned a musician's degree with pop/jazz singing as my primary instrument and pop/jazz piano as my secondary instrument.
Currently, I’m studying music education at the University of Oulu, where I have the opportunity to develop my skills on a wide range of instruments, from classical piano to rock guitar. My greatest strength in music is versatility – I love exploring and playing variety of styles and instruments, which enables me to teach different genres and instruments effectively. Teaching is another passion of mine. I’ve worked in a choir and a kindergarten, and I currently teach music to children in a music club. I find immense joy in motivating kids, boosting their confidence, and encouraging them to discover their unique voices and passions in music. I believe that creativity and positive motivation are the most important aspects of learning music, which is why I’m thrilled to join the team at Creative Learning Studio! Here I teach children from 2,5 years old music basics, piano and singing in English and Finnish.
Hi, I am Aino. I have just started teaching at Creative Learning Studio. I have studied music theory, piano and trumpet in Oulu Conservatoria and Oulu University of Applied Science. I have been teaching music over 10 years around Oulu and neighborhood. I like to teach, play and encourage my students. My lessons are joyful and creative. I consider each ones level and their strengths. I use various methods and teaching styles for my students to learn playing piano or trumpet. I have similar teaching style and passion with Eva, who I met many years ago in Oulu and then we have organized few Summer Music Courses for kids and adults together. I believe a lifelong learning and I am happy to teach children from 6 years old and adults. Welcome to learn with me!
Hi! My name is Eerik - a new guitar, ukulele and band music teacher at Creative Learning Studio. I am about to graduate from a music education program at the University of Oulu. I can teach from a classical, an accoustic to an electric guitar, various music styles and levels. Besides, I really enjoy organizing band lessons. Children and adults are welcome to learn with me in English and Finnish!
