Lessons are organized face-to-face and online*. Besides, all the students have the opportunity to perform in at least 1 event during the semester. Lessons are planned for Autumn/Spring and usually cannot be rescheduled due to students' absence. Only 1 individual lesson might be possible to reschedule due to a student's sickness or accident if the teacher is informed at least 24 hours in advance. In a situation where the teacher is absent, the lesson will be rescheduled. In this case, the teacher will inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.

The lessons' fees are paid in advance and the receipt should be shown to the teacher before the first lesson. One-on-one and some group lessons' payments can be divided into two parts and paid on agreed dates. If the payment is late, you will get a reminder that will incur an additional 5€.

At least two weeks of prior notice should be given before the termination of the lesson agreement. In a situation where that student stops coming for the lessons, the paid fee is not refundable. Likewise, if the client who has registered for the lessons and got the invoice suddenly decides to cancel the lessons without prior notice (2 weeks in advance), the invoiced fee has to be paid and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The courses from the Autumn semester automatically continue in the Spring.

 

*When the lessons are organized online, students are learning from a book or the sheet music is sent to print in advance and might get additional videos in order to make the learning process fun and easy.
